What do they want? That simple question became the lens through which every business decision was made. From soft pretzels to title insurance, from mortgage servicing and subservicing to building systems focused on continuity and advocacy, Glenn learned that real opportunity lives in the gap between assumption and observation. The work was never about the product alone, but about paying attention to human behavior and building things that respect people’s time and intelligence. Today, he is the founder of Digital Speaker Agent, a platform designed to help speakers and experts turn their voice and experience into real opportunities without the grind.
