For some of us, the reality of an even  different type of depression or despondency is a periodic or can possibly be a constant thing. In the deepest, most dificult aspects of depression we can, at times, face the notion of "suicide". We will be looking at this topic, "suicide" because of it's current growth in numbers in the taking of human lives. We need to be available and open about how we can and will address this if/when it happens to us.
