Digital Media Literacy | Episode 01 | Introduction to the Digital Media Literacy series

     Digital Media Literacy is a series intended to create an understanding of the good and the bad of the Digital world that most of us carry in our palms in the form of smartphones. It is presented by SMART organisation.      In this first episode of Digital Media literacy, RJ Lenin and Ms. Gayathri give an introduction to the series and explain the need for digital media literacy in this age. As more and more people are hopping on the internet for a variety of purposes, it is essential for users to know and understand the power platform they are using and how even seemingly unnecessary information can be misused on the internet. Apart from information being misused, sometimes people may also abuse the freedom they have on the internet. This series aims to teach the ethics and responsibilities one must have while using the internet.
