Unglücklicherweise fristen diese Lösungen meist ein Schattendasein. Der Vortrag ist eine Einführung in das Thema der digitalen Unterschriften. Wir schauen uns an, welche rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu beachten sind, welche Arten von Signaturen es gibt, warum in bestimmten Fällen spezielle Signatur-Hardware erforderlich ist und welche Open-Source-Software existiert, um digital unterschreiben zu können. Da wir bei elektronischen Signaturen ggf. auf Vertrauensdienstleister zurückgreifen müssen, betrachten wir, auf welche Anforderungen es bei der Auswahl zu achten gilt, um unsere digitale Souveränität so weit es geht zu bewahren.
