TRANSCRIPT · AUTO-GENERATED

Hello and good morning everyone, today is 7th July 2024. Today's podcast episode title is... Ahh, Dilama is good. Once you face it, you decide.

That is what happened here. And the subtitle is Decision Liberace. This article was written by me and published in Medium.com and I'm going to give a link at the end of the short description in the podcast episode. And it was published in Explore Your Magnificent Self.

That is also a publication dedicated to really helping exploring your magnificent self. As I realized that the Day 7 prompt of the writing challenge is posted by Anne Vikitraman. She's another writer in Medium.com. And I'm on Day 4.

I am stuck with the following Dilama. Should I stick to the prompt for Day 4 suggested and write an article? Or should I take advantage of the flexible options given in the challenge to select my topic? I know that I must stick to these two requirements, which is important.

And what were the two requirements as per the article prompt? Number 1. The article must be over 500 words. Number 2.

Tag. Camp. Nano-Re. More challenge.

Nano-Re. That's the name of the challenge that Anne Vikitraman has given. And you have to tag. So these are the two requirements.

You can't change this. I decided to go with the second option and challenge myself. You may ask how and I put LOL. I wanted to beat my nervousness to video record myself thoughtfully, creating a one minute YouTube shot.

The only way to beat the nervousness was to share my inspiration about working out from the comfort of my home. How would I do that? I chose and did a home workout for under 30 minutes. After working out, I asked myself, what is unique, fun, and productive about this choice I made?

Boom! I used the answers to create a YouTube shot. And I have provided the link to a YouTube shot, which was created by me. And that's like coming out of the comfort zone.

So you have to read the article in order to check that YouTube shot because I provided the link there. Which is the video I selected? Again, I give the link to the video from Heather Robertson's home workout video. And the title for that is, No Impact H-I-I-T, No Repeat Workout.

Guys, I know it might sound weird because you're saying this is a podcast, you're giving us link to all these articles. Hey guys, please check it out because I want you to read my article also. And also listen to this, you know why? Probably you'll be motivated to write your own article.

Probably you'll be motivated to do your own podcast because you may be a person who wants to express yourself and you're finding a platform and you feel shy and you just want to do it. So do one podcast at a time. One article, writing one article at a time. So that's the reason why when you read my article in medium.com and when you listen to the podcast episode just as you're doing right now, you will understand the link to my thinking and my creating, when I say my creating not with the ego, but I would say co-creating with that higher self or infinite intelligence or God, that one episode or one article.

And then reading that so that you read my article also and you also listen to the episode anyway. So I provided the link to Heather Robertson's video. Now, what was unique, fun and productive, unique? After completing each exercise, I got 30 seconds to rest.

Yay, this is unique and way different from getting the rest for 30 seconds after completing two circuits within bracket, four exercises. So here what happened was after each exercise, I got 30 seconds. Okay, there are certain workout programs where you get 30 seconds after completing two different circuits, which I was which I done before. Number two, fun.

No repeats. So you're not going to repeat the same exercise which you did before. Ay, that's something fun, right? Any change is fun.

That means so much fun looking forward to the next new 30 seconds exercise. Next, productive. In under 30 minutes without jumping, I got to warm up, do the high intensity interval training, HIIT. Like here, what happens is you intensely work for say 45 seconds and then 15 seconds rest or 30 seconds and then 30 seconds rest.

So that is HIIT. I would advise you to go and search more about it. And it seems researchers proved that doing HIIT for 10 minutes is way more effective than doing something consistently in the same way for 30 minutes. I checked out the reasons for scientific reasons.

I don't want to mention it here because I read it, I grasp it and I test for for myself. But I'm not very good at communicating those scientific terms in my podcast. Okay, once again, I'm going to say I got to warm up, do the high intensity interval training and cool down with lots of 30 seconds of rest in between, but with low impact. I got to squat, I got to crunch, lunge and do abs.

I am so thankful that I can work out from the comfort of my home by watching a trained expert. Yes, guys, it's very expensive to hire your own trainer, but a trained expert trained me from the comfort of my home the way I wanted. I could pause the video anytime. I could just listen to the music in Heather Roberts.

Beautiful. She selects beautiful background music for warm up, cool down and each exercise. Isn't that wonderful? Okay.

Thank you Heather for crafting such a wonderful and thoughtful workout program. In case you would like to participate in the challenge, here is a link. I've given the link to April 20th, 2019 challenge, obviously one year before. As I end this piece, I want to share these quotes for you to ponder.

Be it as it may, if we are not ready to break new ground and get to grips with the recurrent challenges of our daily reality, we will never, never ever be able to recognize the uncharted and colorful pictures on the canvas of our life, nor sense the pounding rhythm in the core of our being. That's by Eric Paveranaradhi, I can reference it, but it is. Next, those who overcome great challenges will be changed and often in unexpected ways for our struggles, enter our lives as unexpected, as unwelcome guests, but they bring valuable gifts. And once the pains of sight, the gifts will be, these gifts are life's true treasures, bought into, bought at a great price, but cannot be acquired in any other way.

Steve Guria. I invite you my dear readers to pick up any home workout of your choice. Just ask and answer interesting and curious questions to make exercising worthwhile and fun. Thank you for reading.

Shout out to a couple of authors for educating through the following articles and their articles are titled, The Power of Self Compassion, How to Be Kind to Yourself When Dealing With Disappointment. Number two, redefining my writing career by starting fresh on 5RR. Yes, guys, it's a website where if you are self-employed, if you're an independent contractor, you're looking for projects, you go and put out there and they pay $5 per hour. I don't know, maybe in US it may not be a big deal, but if you're in India or some other country, any $5 is huge.

Why into approximately $8400 per hour? Huge. Sitting from the comfort of your home, you can do certain projects and make the money. Please subscribe to my stories.

I've given the link to my stories, my podcast link as well as the medium stories link. With that said, you have a fantastic day. Bye bye.
