Dilemma of Overconfidence!

In an expired state, Ichabod (the glory departs) occurs but you may not know. Then philosophy and intellectual rationalism subtly creeps in, making you substitute the ordained with the profaned. Oh! Peter, how long shall you remain in your fallen state, when you've been prayed for to enable you strengthen others? Why do you still doubt the resurrection power when your feeble feet have gained strength and your weak mind emboldened? Yes Peter, you've been prayed for that your faith faint not. And when you're converted, strengthen your brethren! May you receive strength and grace to preach this good tidings; receive the anointing to bind the brokenhearted; open prison doors and proclaim JESUS is The Risen LORD! TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭Being confident is a virtue. However when overconfidence sets in, you need to watch it lest you slip! PRAYER: Dear Lord, please help me to put my confidence in You absolutely. Help me to guide and guard my steps from the pitfalls of overconfidence. Deliver me from the mistakes of Samson and the terrible plot of the wicked that could be fashioned against me like it was done against Peter, in Jesus name.
