In this role, he spearheaded efforts to support state and local legislation related to Iran sanctions, missile defense, and led other national security initiatives. Dillon served as the architect and co-author of the groundbreaking California-Israel Memorandum of Understanding, signed by Prime Minister Netanyahu and California Governor Jerry Brown. Known for his expertise in legislative advocacy, strategic policy development, and international relations, Dillon developed and launched the Israeli-American Council's (IAC) first-ever public affairs arm, providing a strong foundation for the organization's advocacy initiatives.
