Brian Olmstead is one of eight Water Resource Board members that are directly appointed by the governor of Idaho to direct and preserve our limited water. As an agricultural state that has been slow to build new waters reservoir since 1976 but has exploded in ag production and development, we have taxed our water resource beyond its capacity. Solving this puzzle is going to take the brightest minds in the state.
