If man established property rights, man can abolish them. "Thou shalt not steal" isn't a cultural preference it's God's decree. Property is His ordination, not the state's grant. That's why humanistic law can redefine theft until the robber wears a badge and you're called the troublemaker for objecting. The purpose of the law is restitution restoration of God's order, double and fourfold.
