Send us Fan MailThis week's 'Words of Life' in lieu of eternity...'Directions' - a path one follows or an action implemented based upon instructions provided.My high school students follow a specific set of directives which I provide, to guide them with inserting a sterile needle into one of 3 veins within the antecubital fossa, which allows a safe, efficient and proficient venipuncture attempt with their peers.Without the purposed intent of following my provided instructions, each would readily admit: "Mr. Ingram, I am lost and don't how and I certainly don't know the way to get to where I need to be - prior to my phlebotomy certification exam."Thomas exhibited a similar transparent honesty (to Jesus) as they were stunned by His preparing them for His departure. Yet, Jesus not only reassured them, He also gave them directions with a proper set of instructions to guide them to where they would eventually be eternally.Are we like Thomas in that we can readily admit: "do I truly know the ONLY safe route to eternity or am I wandering along aimlessly, still being 'lost' in the process?"DIRECTIONSJohn 14:5-7Song of the Week - Heavens Open Wide feat.
