How do you evolve when there's no real road map in life? When becoming a whole, capable, happy human being wasn't taught in your years at school? And what are your strengths and your blind spots...how do you start to be your own teacher and guide to HAPPINESS?HERE are my ways to balance those 4 lifestyle parts of my Soul...from the book "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover" by Robert Moore Douglas GiletteKing: - I teach yoga publicly, privately, on YouTube & podcasts. - A good example of positivity & humanity on Socials. - I work on being a role model male figure for my bonus-kids, (step-sons), a steady partner for Casey and our relationship, and a solid son to my parents.Warrior: - Yoga 3-5x/week. Gym 4x/week. Cardio 3-5x/wk. - Active sports with the boys and friends. - 1 massage a week.- Plenty of sleep, water and happy but not extreme foods.Magician: - Painting or drawing 3x/week. Piano 3x/week.- Learning tech for video & podcast & music creating & editing. - And singing in the car when I'm alone! hahaLover: - Journal writing (1,000 ads), 3x/week. - Listen to 3 podcasts/wk on Soulful, Healthy topics. - Check in with my partner consistently on our emotional well-being. - Plan fun activities for our playful life-loving spirit.I just make each session anywhere from :20-60 minutes depending on how busy life gets.
