'Disagreement with the Nanny' & 'Twin Troubles' & 'Unhappy with His Ink'

from Judge Mathis Podcast · host Telepictures

First, The plaintiff worked as a nanny for the defendant and his estranged wife. DCFS got involved after a child got injured under the plaintiff’s care, but then the kids got removed from the defendant’s wife’s house. The plaintiff looked after the kids when they went to the defendant’s house, but she claims she hasn’t been paid, so she’s suing. The defendant doesn’t think he needs to pay because he gave his wife the money to pay the plaintiff. Plus, The plaintiff brings her twin sister to court. She says they were in a singing group together, but then the defendant went out on her own for a solo career. She claims the defendant used their shared Facebook page to promote her own solo work, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant thinks the plaintiff was holding her back on her own career. She doesn’t think she owes her sister anything. Then, The plaintiff and his girlfriend went to the defendant’s tattoo shop to get matching ink. He argues the tattoo artist did a terrible job, so she’s suing for a refund and the cost of tattoo repairs. The defendant argues the plaintiff was happy with the tattoo. He’s countersuing for breach of contract and defamation of character. Don’t forget to rate and subscribe so you never miss an episode.  Learn more about your ad choices.
