Disaster Recovery June 2019

What would happen if you walked into the office tomorrow morning and your computer system is down?  Whether it is a hardware issue, an internet problem, an upgrade gone bad, or Heaven forbid ransomware, what is your plan B?  Today I built a series of emails with scheduling information to help a practice with their disaster recovery plan.  This practice decided on three separate emails, a version for appointments, surgeries, and open appointment slots.  The emails do not contain protected health information, but they do contain enough to keep the practice going while computer issues are resolved.  Today’s BIG Ideas podcast talks about what is in the email, how it works, and how it might help your practice, too.  I hope you find the ideas helpful.
