Religious abuse is far too common and can even be found in our own internal belief systems and structures created from our experiences or inherited from our ancestors. Its important we learn to identify when we are being accused or controlled but a religious spirit, shame or religious abuse ( which includes both ) so we can discern and reject in order to rightly know our amazing savior! . We are all on the journey of more freedom and learning to see God more clearly and truly. There is no judgement or condemnation for you as you identify areas you've been led astray.
