In this episode, you’ll learn why I’m expanding my message and how it can help you.   Confidence is about more than just feeling empowered. it comes out in everything you do, even how much self-love and compassion you show to yourself.    I’ve created a new 6-step framework called The Confidence Practice to help you feel more confident in every aspect of your life.
