Discover Your Passion, Live Your Purpose with Salvatore Liberti

from Make Peace With Food · host Sherry Shaban

On last weeks episode of the Fall In Love With Fitness Podcast, we were blessed with a guided meditation by Salvatore Liberti. This week, we learn about his spiritual journey and how he discovered his passion and purpose of meditation, healing, and living. Salvatore Liberti was born in the culturally rich Lima, Peru. His family emigrated to Florida when he was eight and by the time he turned twelve, he had become "man of the house,” assuming responsibilities beyond his years. At 22, Salvatore was recruited by best-selling author, speaker and coach, Rock Thomas, to lead recruitment for the M1 Mastermind, setting him on a learning journey throughout Canada, Europe, and the US. Throughout these powerful growth experiences, he discovered the study of spirituality that led him to relocate to Los Angeles to serve as a meditation & breathwork guide, energy healer, and coach. In this episode of the Fall In Love with Fitness podcast, Salva and I discuss why we all need to  focus on our own definition of success, what it’s like playing into other people’s expectations of you, and how healing is more than just a physical experience.
