What this episode covers
Leadership and Power. People seem to be very confused about what it takes to be a leader, especially a powerful one. Power is NOT about who's the loudest, or who intimidates the most. Leadership is NOT gained by being like every other leader or by grandstanding and being imposing. In fact, there is great power in being QUIET! Join me and Caroline Sherrard as we discuss how to discover your quiet power! Caroline is a deep listener and asks perceptive questions so people have ‘aha’ moments and make the changes they want in their lives. She’s an Inner Leadership coach, authentic speaking coach and TEDx speaker. She runs Speak from your Heart helping entrepreneurs to speak from their heart to engage people. They speak with more authenticity, clarity and confidence when sharing their message, speaking in a meeting or giving a talk. And she runs Quiet Power Coaching for entrepreneurs who have a desire for personal change and growth to develop their Inner Leadership skills and have more ease, simplicity and inner peace in their business and life. Her website is www.quietpowercoaching.com. For a complimentary coaching session email [email protected].
