After about six months of formation, members are encouraged to ask their priest if there is a small work of mercy they can do to help build up the local church. How does it work? The format of the meetings involves reading five pages of the Diary of St. Faustina and then discussing how it impacted each member. The facilitator of the group leads the discussion, but their job is not to teach or lecture. Instead, they facilitate group discussion on what was read.
