Discovering Jesus In Joel

Send us Fan Mail The episode, "Discovering Jesus in Joel," presents four roles of Jesus in the face of judgment (the locust plague): The Lion who uses the "locusts" to strip away idols in a Devastating Grace. The Commander who demands a "rent heart" (genuine brokenness) over outward show. The Spirit-Giver who fulfills the promise to "pour out my spirit," resuscitating parched lives. The Winepress of Gethsemane, where He was crushed to become the Fountain of Life and restore the years the locusts have eaten. Support the show
