Ultimately growing the company to $250M by way of a successful M&A strategy along with strong year over year organic growth. Krauss successfully oversaw and negotiated the sale of PLI to Private Equity with a deal successfully closing in July of 2018. KRAUSS really knows how to build company culture and relationships.
