Discussion on Upcoming Payroll Cutoff Change

We sit down with Shaun from our Payroll Department and Jason from Refrigerated Division Operations to discuss the upcoming payroll cutoff change as well as discuss some questions that they've been hearing on this change. The payroll cutoff will be moving from Tuesdays at 16:00 cst to Wednesdays at 16:00 cst and is scheduled to start on Wednesday, Feb 12th. This means we will audit on Thursdays, and direct deposits will be sent Same Day ACH Friday mornings and funds will be available by end of day on Fridays (like several holidays recently). Card loads & settlement/payroll emails will be Friday morning, also. On holiday weeks, payroll will still run, and you will be paid by end of day on Fridays. This idea has been discussed for several years, and thanks to some new options we are able to finally make the switch.
