After a two week hiatus, we're back to dissect the latest Australian music industry news.We begin by giving a wrap-up of Gossy Weekender and analyse whether Central Coast crowds are fair weather supporters.We then move into a landmark decision my the Federal Government to protect copyrighted material from being 'mined' by AI platforms. This has come after months of campaigning by prominent artists such as Jack River and Briggs.After that, we move onto the 'puzzling' and 'disgusting' decision that the State Government are going to appeal the decision in realtion to strip searches at music festivals. It is the opinion of Homebrewed that such a move goes against expert advice, is hurtful to victims, and indicated that no lessons have been learnt from the harmful methods of policing at festivals.We end by saying a big fuck you to Tottenham Hotspur as Spurs continue their Spursy way.Thanks for listening!
