Disney Announces Ticket Price Increase and Parking Increase. Information on Halloween and Christmas Events

I can't believe how fast October is flying by, but it's starting to feel like fall.There is a doggy costume party on Sunday, October 22nd, and it's happening at the Celebration Pumpkin Patch that's located right in the downtown Celebration area across from the Truist Bank on the large lawn area of the Community Presbyterian church that's right downtown. It's going to be by the big pumpkin patch that's got all the fun blowups and stuff that are there. The top five voted on coolest doggy costumes are going to be eligible for a hundred dollars grand price and then there's $75 second place, $50 third place, $35, $25. Celebration was voted like the best downtown in Central Florida that we did a segment to point out that it is a totally dog friendly downtown area. Then all of the restaurants have a outdoor seating place where they let you kind of sit with your dog and also maybe even leave out bowls for water and stuff like that. So the Celebration Florida pumpkin patch also has a cool thing that they're going, that they're doing through the month of October, obviously except for on the 31st, which is Halloween. The housing market here is one of the top in the nation because it's so appealing to investors and we see that 60% of the population in the Orlando area rent, so investors have the opportunity to really take advantage of or even midterm rentals throughout the year. There's also a really strong Orlando Florida job market here. There are actually over 150 international companies representing something like 20 different countries in the area. And so that brings a lot of people in for work. Houses are typically on the market for about 30 days and that's good for sellers and it's also good for buyers, it's good for everyone, and the rent prices will continue to increase. So we just see that Orlando is just a really appealing place to invest in a property and that's good for everyone. So Disney announced that they are returning the all day park hopping option for pass holders, and it's different now because before they changed it, you could only start park hopping at 2:00 PM so now you can do it as early as when the park's open at 9:00 AM so you can do it all day, which really makes nice for people, especially people who are visiting and only have a few days and they really want to hit all the different parks. On the flip side, Disney has also increased the prices of those annual passes by$40 to $50 depending on which tier of the pass you have. The Hollywood star Brandon Fraser is set to narrate the enchanting role of Christmas at Disney World's Epcot candlelight processional.  Epcot's 2023 candlelight processional is a holiday event that you don't want to miss.
