Disney Decade - 1920s

This week we begin our Disney Decades series with the Roaring 20s, a time when people spent out the wazoo and men had never heard of hair gel or used tar to tame their crazy locks (unsuccessfully). #alternativefacts During this time, Walt Disney experiences difficulty between bankruptcy and “Bad Blood” Taylor Swift/Katy Perry-level fights, reminding us all that failure paves the road to success. (That is unless your failure is the failure to do a good Mickey Mouse or Goofy impression. In that case, give up, you’re scaring the kids.) We keep the singing to a minimum again this week, but struggle to not make a Hamilton reference every five minutes. But it is true, all conflicts should be settled by rap battles.
