Disney forced Marvel and Lucasfilm to announce projects before they were ready?!

There has been major criticisms with both Lucasfilm and Marvel for announcing projects too soon and then cancelling them. In a new report it is alleged that Disney was actually to blame for some of it. Does it change anything? Should it? The great Burt Young passed away.
