This will prevent a strike before the investor call and the D23 Expo next month. What did the Cast Members get? The three-year contract will give the Cast Members a new hourly minimum wage of $24. Wage increases will occur for others who are not set at the minimum wage. Over the next three years, many Cast Members will see a pay increase of $6.10.
