Maksym Dubkov, a Ukrainian graduate student who spoke to Fifth & Mission shortly after Russia's Feb. 24 invasion of Ukraine, paused his graduate studies to return home over the summer. He founded a volunteer organization to provide humanitarian aid to the areas most affected by the war. He joins Cecilia Lei to talk about his experience and what he wants Americans to understand about Ukraine.
