Dissolving Earth (Demo)

Wanted to try pursuing a more hardcore sound and actually finish and release it, free of any other parent project. Admittedly this was rushed and done on very little energy. I will probably come back to it some day and re-record everything. Include it on an album or something. LYRICS Nightly trunks rise from the cobwebs of an exhausted mind Tell the sorrow's kiss of the pool's shimmering fortune hive This traced lie we seek in the paths of the weak Freak-accident poles magnet our will towards the unforgiving meek The cynical tellings from a toll-free technology slam dunk nation Absurdly seeking purpose in the incarnation of their imagination Self centered fortress penetrated by attentive soaked souls Holes in the hoards of their empty drive leaning left and right in a pendulum of undeclared roles I'm driving this car down a one way road Traffic please merge into the front of the hold I'm ready I'm ready I'm ready I'm ready Collision steady Let's make these last moments last heavily, please Father please forgive us for we have simulated ourselves A movie version for our own pleasurably experienced hell Growing pains from our lacking appetite lagging far behind Stuck in the past well, where our wishes drowned by show without tell Our strength is matched by those that created all that struggle but be Being creatures of seeing blind and seething teeth Sinking into the skin of our membrane lives, bleeding in Inwards within towards the ether of our mistaken hearts that bind (We are those who die by dawn) Pray to the invisible sleep The world between my minds and the powers that be I am nothing in this lost void Colors consume me, take these veins and scatter them ablaze Haze, fog the sky in my far behind lies I am separated in the olive branches at bay Burn me down before I make headway She says, I am the nothing of this very night and day The dissolving earth shall move Us from the sun Find the burried proof That we've all but won
