Distressed Debt and the K-Shaped Recovery

Sean Armstrong (Managing Principal, Westport Capital LLC) joins Richard Green (Director, USC Lusk Center for Real Estate) to discuss highlights from his career, his views on acquiring distressed debt, and how COVID could impact the industry.
