When one of your best days on the job is recovering a loved one lost in a river. It takes special people to go into the dangerous water to help a family find some sort of closure. This man, and his team, have spent much of their careers answering those calls--day and night --24/7 --365. People like this don't do it to be heroes, they do it because it has to be done.
