Diversity And Inclusion

Proof that diversity is a given only requires looking at our global economy and for anyone in business managing to a global role or a consumer who has traveled to other places in the world / on the globe beyond the United States of America, there is new learning and for some enlightenment that about 9/10ths of the world is made up of Black, Brown, Yellow and Red skinned people. The other 1/10th are White/ Caucasian people. Diversity is not the challenge, it is inclusion by the organizations typically run by the 1/10th that is the challenge in business and social structures today. Inclusion is the challenge.
