Diversity and inclusion in surveying

Demand for surveying and geospatial engineering services is rapidly outpacing the number of professionals in this field. Developing an inclusive and diverse workforce is essential to closing the gap and elevating the status of the profession. What changes are needed in our firms, educational institutions and the overall industry to achieve this goal?
