My goals in life are to make a difference in the world and to the future for myself, my family and for all of my listeners. One major way to do this is to start listening to others and hearing their stories. It’s not every day that you meet someone who is the pure definition of changing the world, but Rachel Lauren is doing exactly that. Rachel is a DEI department head, and co-founder of Diversified, a boutique consulting firm. She is a black life activist and a foster and adoption advocate and she’s also the adoptive mom of 3 beautiful tiny humans. Rachel is on a mission to change the world in all she does and she is doing it.
