Jesus adjusts where and how He delivers His Kingdom Message.Preaching from a boat to those gathered on shore, Jesus begins teaching many things in parables. These are small stories with big ideas. Parable literally means to “throw alongside”. Jesus is a great communicator He “throws in” these restatements and illustrations of truths to help people see challenging concepts and ideas presented though familiar contexts. Sometimes no explanation is needed because the truth conveyed is so clear to all, other times Jesus own disciples needed greater explanation.martyred by Herod.
