When we're given the opportunity to lead, we often have a tendency to start thinking highly of ourselves. We can have an inclination to grow arrogant, begin micromanaging others, and occasionally even abuse our power. However, does God find this behavior acceptable? Today, Pastor Ken reminds you how leadership is a gift that God gives to you. It is He who bestows leadership in your life. God expects you to be accountable for the people under you, as well as for yourself, when you have that gift.
