Divine Direction Pt.1

In this message Pastor Troy explores divine direction and how to know God’s will when doors in life stay closed or suddenly open. He teaches that God is not hiding His will and cites Psalm 32:8 to show that God instructs, teaches, and guides His people clearly. Using Revelation 3:7–8, Isaiah 22:22, and Matthew 28:18, he emphasizes that Jesus holds the keys and has all authority to open doors no one can shut and shut doors no one can open, so believers should keep their eyes on Jesus rather than circumstances. He explains that God’s “no” can be protection and His delays can be preparation, shares a story of a closed job door that later proved to be a gift, and warns that not every open door is from God by referencing Jesus’ temptation in Matthew 4 and the need to test opportunities against God’s Word without compromising faith or integrity.
