Divine Feminine Guidance For Coming From Love and Overcoming Codependency

What does it feel like to be coming from love rather than fear in our lives? A key component of the Divine Feminine is having an open heart and coming from love (our true nature) in everything we do. This is a practice that is especially important when it comes to dating and meeting potential partners because if we allow ourselves to be in a loving state, we can know how we're actually feeling about this person rather than being hijacked by our ego and past trauma. Yet...what does that it even look like to come from love?  And how can we begin to work with and practice coming from love? On this Divine Feminine solo episode I offer some simple steps to begin noticing the moments when it would be beneficial to try coming from a place of love. I also share how you can identify by checking in with how you feel in your body as to whether you're in a place of love or a place of fear.
