Chop veggies and herbs. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and pickled onion juice in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta, coat thoroughly. Add veggies, herbs, and chickpeas. Grate Parmesan over the top, mix again. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy! Lavender Brownies Ingredients:1 1/3 cups all purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon sea salt1 cup unsalted butter3 teaspoon dried lavender flowers1 cup cocoa powder1 cup sugar4 eggs 1.5 teaspoon vanillaInstructions:Pre-heat oven to 350 F.Line of 8x8 baking pan with parchment.Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl and set aside.Melt the butter in a small pot over very low heat.When melted, add the dried lavender. Stir gently to cover all flowers.On very low heat, allow the flowers to impart their flavour into the butter.After about 8 minutes, remove the pot from the heat. Strain the butter into a medium sized bowl.Stir in the cocoa.
