With no MOU in place governing distance learning, Sacramento joins a host of other districts across the nation where frustration, and disagreement over what’s feasible and best for kids is dominating the discussion.  Manuel and Jeff are joined by Sacramento City Unified teacher and union activist Damian Harmony to unpack what’s happening on the ground.
