Your life is precious. Enjoy it. Well, good afternoon. Glen Brooks for the Body Living Radio Network, Body Living Network.
How have you seen being seen? What a big deal. And someone really sees you. Someone said to me recently that, when someone really, really deeply gets you and they really, really catch who you are, it can change us.
We really listen to it in a way that in a sense brings us forward, brings us in touch with that. And that happened in my life at different points. I remember the first time Kevin Foley, a professor at Sefid University, I did my first class with Kevin. He was where he was with an institute in New York City called actualism, which is how to use that light energy that's in us.
I went to a class at his house and I was going to get something and I said something to Kevin and he said, you know, go to your word as good as gold and no one had ever said that to me. Your word as good as gold. Our language could create the future. Our languageings, every time you speak, the language you use opens up something.
And by the way, conversation or dialogue, the ability to see and distinguish the thought viruses. To be slowed down, I mean, actually notice what we're saying and how we're saying it. It kind of catches me these days, just holding up with people at chatting and yet with seems so relevant as a conversation. Someone welcome Lisa Rose, certified family member.
In my family consolation, Lisa just always, always been there. I have a whole bunch of appearances. She's been genuine. She's been caring.
She's my producer. She's my co-host. I want to welcome Lisa Rose. Who does her own wonderful healing work, Lisa?
I'm really happy you're here. As always. Thank you, Glenn. Likewise.
I'm grateful to be here. Thank you so much. My, the person I lived, I lived this experience called the Power Collaboration that you use from Menla. Nate, I had a vision this morning.
I had this, I had this, I had this, yeah, welcome. Welcome. I'll tell you the vision. Okay, here it is.
I just had this vision of us doing a live show, a video show, a TV show for Menla. We have our own studio there. We're also regularly doing the live-building challenge there. I just had this morning, I saw myself in Menla and doing something with you, live on video in conjunction with this format.
And I just saw it. I just, you know, I just want to tell you that. And I, and I haven't said this to people all say it right now is that when you meet in harmony and you meet the spirit of receptivity and you cover each other's backs, your whole life change, your nervous system changes. And I, I feel what Nate, just I meant him, I really feel like my system has been different.
His listening and his amplification, I've only felt a deeper set of prosperity and bringing that to a level with you. So I just had this sense of us sitting there and having all kinds of people on and exploring this vibrancy, how to live it in a way that your parents probably never shared with you. And it was one of the things I was listening to yesterday. I just invited Dr.
Bruce Lipton, the biologist. He was talking about how, like for the first seven years, our brain state is such that we're just totally hypnotized. And we're talking about why people become poor, not just financially, but they miss out on this deep thing. And so I was appreciating it somehow.
There's a preciousness when we get together and we see each other. And I appreciate that about you. And I just had this vision of us doing a regular TV video kind of thing, maybe a YouTube live. But when people see what happens, it's a big part of the vibran living challenges.
It's the whole idea of being an exemplifier. So we don't give away free vacations. So we don't have winners. We have exemplifiers.
So the other day I was thinking about you because we were talking yesterday about being in the woods and kind of natural movement. And I realized it got me in the mode. I got our conversation got me in that mode of like, I'm in the woods. I get kind of going to these things.
And it just kind of brought that a lot, which happens in our three months by living challenge. We explore relational transformation, relational vision, and really had to live our brain plasticity, which is our new show, by the way. We got a new show coming on the brain plasticity lifestyle. And I also want to welcome our homeopath at large.
He's Ariel Bonberg. He's our New York producer. And amazing meeting, by the way, this morning with, I want to say sometimes we have a notion about something that's not sure. I met with one of the largest homeopaths group this morning.
I think I've got to take our whole health now. And I said to him, I said, you know, the challenge of homeopathy is you guys communicate this message to us in a very bland way. And people ever call it homey, ever-wise, I want to get me actually produced. You be hearing on the street, people say, oh my God, my inviolable voice came alive.
I'm not taking these drugs anymore, which is suppressing me. And I have anything with the president of that organization, Ariel, his name is Kim, about a whole new vision of communicating this message. And there's a medical doctor out of India. If you guys actually read the testimony, they're just reading the testimony, they're just astounding stuff.
And it's not just a message that's not possible of, you know, less is more, that you, in a sense, you give a remedy that's the poison. And by the way, the same way in relationship, you're poison in your relationship, it's your doorway to the deepest love ever. Once you guys consider it the poison, the thing you feel unsettled about. Well, you've had that before.
But imagine allowing it to open up a new doorway of love and connection. So, homeopathy is a medicine that helps you experience that the deepest love. And we got Ariel with us. He's also our going to be our Instagram connection, our media, social media person.
And welcome, Ariel. Okay, well, that was a good introduction anyway. I'm speaking anyway, crazy. Well, he has the recording of the welcomes.
All right. I love the way you said that. I was kidding. You waited on that when I said, that was a good deal up there.
But me and Ariel, you're a university. You're a university. I'm a part. So Nate, I just say something.
You're a member right now, right? I'm a men law. And I got that download across those energy waves that connect us all looking out across these mountains and realizing that the energy that builds here that you and I could vibrate off each other with in real live video with the vibrancy that's all around me here. Really, I go out across everybody and have such a powerful message because I feel very similar.
And it's rare that we come across these people and our lives. You're one of them when we meet, we, the instant we meet, our voices connect. We just have this profound knowing that life is going to change in a positive way and things will open more fully than they have before. And I think sharing that message with everybody and showing everybody how possible it is.
And I love the intro to this every day. It makes me smile. I think it's possible beyond possible kind of thing. I really do that.
I see it too. And I want to thank Lisa, Lisa, tip me over the edge this morning. She gave me some really golden feedback. I want to make available to the audience copies of Unscripted Power in my unedited version.
I have a chapter in the golden feedback. And I feel the same way Nate, with the same way, Lisa, I always feel the golden stuff, lingers and opens. And, you know, I mean, I dedicated by living to assist people, come out of isolation, fear and overwhelm, into a home estate of prosperity. So I wanted to open this program.
Lisa was kind enough to actually write this out for me here. I just love it. Love your writer Lisa. All right.
Very professionally done here. So the vibrant house, I put up the notion of the vibrant house, actually based on this exemplification and collaboration. So I put out the right of the vibrant house. So the vibrant house is the power of taking a year off.
It's taking a year off when you never thought you could. Explore the idea of sustainable, a sustainable, a sabbatical, a tree house. A place where, you know, if you guys know what to come all the time, it's a way of tidying. It's an environment where four to six people commit the whole year.
And whether it's read a book, make a movie, or do something that, oh, you know, those things that you kind of vision about, you take the show, you're driving, you take one day. There are a lot of us that aren't honest at. And I want to say, when I say in that right up to the vibrant living house, I figured I would do it as showing us. So I get the brilliance of Lisa and Nate right here is, I say in there that, you know, this is not what you call it, a community house, or it is in a sense.
But it's really people who come together and the same with that really brilliant, but never eat lunch alone. We have something else together. We have a shared vision. We do some movement practice together.
And we create a sense of momentum and unity and distinction. The distinction is we're going to produce something and take this journey together in an environment. We call home. So I want to say at the end of that, I say to people, I say, please don't email me, please don't text me.
Kind of like what's in the village brain. We really meet each other. We can listen in our conversation. The only thing I would add is I would like you to write up a kind of a mission statement while you want to be in the household.
Because Lisa and Nate, I've just got so many interesting, wonderful people responding to this right about being part of the vibrant household, being part of the vibrant house. And I want to do is I'm going to have some visionary mortgage people on. I'm going to really share the journey of the vibrant house with you. And I put something up in the story.
I remember Monty. I put something in the birth years. And I don't know about you guys. I want to ask you guys this.
Is Lisa something that's something that's something that Lynne, what's that like? Lynne Taggart? Lynne Taggart, right? Yeah.
She's been on the war. I know she is. And she's writing a book on the power group. A group to transform our lives or a gathering.
Yeah. I mean, actually, I think of you. She was a reporter who really thought out this wonderful one of the ideas of intention. But when we kind of put our ideas forward with thinking and thought and enhancing behind it, that we could not have thought about.
So what she found was that she was exploring with a scientist and all of the individuals she found out she was actually wrong. She actually there was something to this. And for her to be interested in this book is not out yet. But I thought that it was in alignment with what you were trying to do with the vibrant house.
Because it's about the idea of, you know, setting out, you know, like, line it in. You I can see what Chris is saying is something about the line you're on that's very choppy. Lisa is there any way you could call back in a different proximity location? I can't.
I will. You can't. Okay. All right.
Can you? All right. I guess it was hard to hear Lisa's voice. The vibrant house Nate.
You respond. Yes. That's a little bit earlier. I want to say it's so strongly on that we speak.
It really it's kind of like speaking to another part of my consciousness in my mind. I really love your feedback and what occurs when we speak. And that's why I'm going to do a live show from Emma. It's going to be it's going to be great energy.
People are going to go to the library. Let me challenge. So find the house. I said that in the ethers and people have been responding so probably.
And so what's your take? Yeah. Well, I think if we were to call back to the conversation that we had really quickly, I was instantly like, yes, and the reason I was instantly like, yes, before the word even formed in my discursive mind was that a lot of the people I'm close with and I have worked in a spiritual community and lived in a spiritual community for almost five years now is that a lot of the people that come through here when you ask them everything they're doing right now, whether they have a corporate job or whether they even have. A more meaningful job that resonates with them on a deeper level.
A lot of them their end goal, maybe something to end goal, but this place where they see it coming to is some kind of intentional community, some kind of spiritual community, some place where people all have a similar mindset can be together and influence each other and live a vibrantly harmonious lifestyle. Because when we live in those kind of communities, I think I'll quote Buddhist psychology for a quick minute because when people around us are influencing us in a positive way, positive vibes and positive mindsets, and people who are listening to us, they're listening to us. And positive mindsets are, they really inhibit the negative ones. So when we're constantly being influenced by people around us, it makes those negative soft patterns a lot less likely to flow through more over when we get some kind of flash of insight.
Instead of being isolated, we can quickly share that moment of insight with other people and that only enhances those ideas and makes them grow further and faster. And I think we've lost the power of the group. I've had a lot of conversations even in the workplace with the individual office setups where we're hauled off into these cubes or these offices. Zero in our computer screens on our phones.
And that's not a very creative atmosphere. I think that we lost a lot of creativity and innovation because we're not working groups. The power of the group is so much more creative and harmonious at this, right? It's a higher energy because you've got so many other people so many different diverse mindsets that might stimulate us in different ways to think about things differently.
So this kind of thing is really, really powerful. And it's also what our society is starting to crave because we've moved so much further into this individualistic lifestyle. It's this very individualistic lifestyle. People getting married later in life, not having kids.
It's a very solitary kind of lifestyle. And while solitude is important, I think that's where we go into nature. Maybe we live with people and have them influence us. And when we find that solitude, we actually find it in nature because that's again where it reconnects us as opposed to going home to this individual house, to this computer screen and our cell phone tonight.
And it's really powerful stuff. And I'd love that you're saying because I realize that the conversation of it is so, it expands us, it joins us. If you read the – and I'd like to have her on. I'd be a regular contributor to the women who wrote the ability to actually talk about the impact of texting and emails and how it's very different than eyeball to eyeball it being together.
Because I like the people that have been the most powerful exemplifiers I've been with for the most part. They've impacted my life. You're listening to the vibrant living network. We're talking about the vibrant house.
I want to share some things Nate used. Hopefully we'll be back with this Lisa LaRose. And next week we've got an incredible contributor that's going to meet Nate on the air. We're going to do a vibrant collaborative collaboration segment that's going to be out of this world.

You know, I think it's hard to harness something. I don't know. We can harness it with others. The first step in the miraculous is agreement.
The power and wonder of agreement. So this idea is moving you. You want to share about your vision of the vibrant house. You have a question about this house.
It's kind of a sabbatical slash retreat. That's always on the side of a mountain. They're someplace beautiful. And you see the power of living together with others this way.

What's that? Some studs, snow tires and some snowshoes, and we'll be all set to get our data. Thank you. It's done.
I'm already seeing it. And then Lisa will come with studded tires and join us. All right. Six years ago, thank you.
So six years ago, six years ago, I'm saying six years ago, it was like a mantra. Six years ago, I had one of the most, I thought a relational tsunami. And what happened was the person I just treasured so much and the person I was a closest was, and I still have such people up for. Something happened in my relationship.
I'd been with her 27 years. And about a year and a half later, I had a series of visions. I call these actually soul scenes, by the way, and how those soul scenes went was, it would be very late in the morning between sometimes doing more than morning. I saw something that I didn't see about my relationship to Donna, and I felt like, wow, how many people go to these experiences where they have these tsunamis?
And they, you know, the relationship falls apart. You know, maybe it doesn't need to. Maybe there's another path that in the midst of pain and delusion and all that separation, you could find a new love. And I began to talk about that, people from the world, around the world of contact, and I began an inquiry that was so deep and beyond me.
And this came to you, I was about to read it to you because we're just about to head into the Dr. Teshna segment. And Dr. Teshna is on our team.
She helps people remove the beliefs from their body. So sometimes our beliefs run our lives in the same way that the disease does. It makes us discomfort it and at the effect. And we're going to talk to Dr.
Teshna. We're going to actually bring this particular class, workshops, and memoir, and other places. I want to read this to you. So this occurred at about, I think this writing came about one in the morning.
So I'm just going to ask you to excel three times because we actually kind of make this available to something in a new way. And I think I can get through this. In fact, the test is going to be right here. Dr.
Teshna, with somebody I went to see six years ago, and significant beautiful work. So here we go. Divorce the kind of is not each other. Are you contemplating the freedom that you think divorce is going to bring you?
See, listen and notice again. When you do your inner work, there's no need for divorce. The loving turning of the body together is still there. To rediscover, to discover provision alignment together allows you to remove the poison that you perceive in your partner right now.
You cannot solve your relational problems through divorce or disconnection. The energy around divorce is state of non-pigiveness resentment and content. And the pattern, we all go through a different state's relationship. We need to divorce the pattern on each other.
I go on to say, finish your own satisfaction. Most therapists, friends, and healers encourage divorce, the law meaning. They hold unquestioned cultural assumptions and actually set you up to fail. This course is about new levels of intimacy and while you know, you even know existed.
The thing that I got into divorce papers, I felt the pain like I never had before. I couldn't believe it. I was in shock. And my teacher at the time, my beloved Dr.
Val Rihant, said to me that what sets us up all illness, all illness. And she's a scientist, one of the most brilliant people I've ever met, is life shock. When we have a shock in our lives, that sets us up all illness at the energy level. So here we go.
I've never felt the next 14 nights I receive a series of visions and dreams for the holiest of marriage. Not to marriage, but not to commercial marriage or the kind of thing. Just like a real marriage. When you breathe in each other's soul and you see and amplify things while seeing and joining together.
And how do they kind of even see that's just a lot of delicious and yummy and wondrous, right? So I saw that we go through a series of stages of relationships in some of those stages. And some of those stages, I saw that the relational thing is a gateway. The relational thing could be a gateway to truly rival its marriage.
And I go on to say that this has become the deepest mission. And it is, it's one of my deepest missions. It's a lot of people that have this level of bond and closeness and unity. Now, we've come up with this seminar, so you've become experienced this with Dr.
Teshna. So even if you have the other thing about this thing about the course, a lot of you, you may not be divorcing, but it's not this level of wonder and intimacy and celebration of relationship and shared inspiration and having what I call the ecstasy bond. So with that, I want to introduce Dr. Teshna and say we're going to be bringing her to the men-law.
We're going to be really bringing this work to a lot more people. So if you've ever, and if you have a friend, and by the way, I just wrote the other day, Nate and Lisa and Teshna, okay, there you go. Yeah, I'm sure. Okay, I wrote this, the myth of moving on.
The myth of moving on keeps more people frustrated in pain. And it's very different than moving together. So I guess the notion is that Teshna is that the people say they move on, but when I listen to their breath and I get around them, I see that they haven't really moved on. They've left the pain shut down their heart and their lives.
So when I came to see you, you were the first doorway, because I knew that I knew the therapist were talking about this idea that most therapists weren't medical, they called marriage friendly. But they never talked about how to remove the pain in the heartbreak. And I knew the heartbreak was to causing people in the life shock or causing people so much pain. So rebound relationships are just that.
Rebound relationships. So your work inspired me to put this divorce about each other. The feedback I've got about the divorce about each other is just kind of sounding. And you're what you do with people in the belief of their body.
So you got Nate on board for men-law. He has no reason to touch with the retreat centers around the country. So today, I want to reveal with you how you discover this. I love your stories.
I love you. And I remove the belief of you. Share with how you do this work. And how you, in fact, remove the beliefs and the hurt in the pattern that so deep.
People don't have a clue that's there. You're welcome. When people come to see me, they come from a lot of different reasons, and a lot of those, speaking around leadership. Is romantic relationship with their kids or their neighbors, or whatever.
But when people come because they had a heartbreak on that is something that is close to my heart and I split up and I had to be able to figure out how to heal that, which I did, using a technique that's called neuroemotional technique. It's very powerful and I had a number of sessions with a couple practitioners and also figured out a way of working on myself doing that so that I could start to explore what was there. And one of the things that I figured out is that we all have a love blueprint that we learned from our caregivers, usually our parents, but if you weren't with your parents and it's your grandparents or whoever was taking care of you. And that basically from conception until about 10, some people say six, but I found in my work that it goes back to up to 10 years old that the beliefs that are installed in there are taken directly from what you're observing.
So whatever your mom or dad are towards each other and towards you determines how you're going to view the world out there and what love it and what life is. And it's not just about love, it's also about money, about career, about health, just everything, basically. But right now we're focusing on that subject. So when people come in and they have a heartbreak, then I use the technique and within that there's muscle testing so I can test a person to see if they're congruent or not with certain statements.
For example, I could have them say, I'm okay with the breakup and most people are not, so they would go weak on that. And then I would find out where it's coming from, which meridian is coming from, then I'd find out which emotion is involved and then I'd find out if they had an original time when that might have happened. And then we go from there and we have points that we hold that help the person release that particular belief or that particular stress or pain. And we just keep working with it, so it's gone.
And you believe that you can, you know, do a lot of the clarity type of thing. And your own case was pretty, I think you're married 18 years, you just had the company segment or you were early in the earlier, you're trying to find it was very, it was sort of a light shock which we're all into, it's not to worry, it's not to say that once you have a light shock, you said it, unless you have that removed, it sets you up for a lot of misery really, you're just saying that this is newly discovered. So this is that conversation that's over and over and over and over and over again, by the way, if a lot of people who don't know what muscle testing is or congruent to what congruent means, share it on language they can make gain access and share your story, which is such a profound story because a lot of people, they've been devastated for years, you weren't. Exactly.
So like you said, after being together for 20 years and the last two years, we had had a son, so he was three years old when we split up and that was very, very difficult of course. And basically I was able to, using these techniques with it, I mean, six weeks, I was able to go from complete despair and sadness and shame and anger and fear and everything you can imagine to feeling ecstatic and being free to start again. And so for me, that's what I needed to go through and I was able to get over that in six weeks, which is pretty amazing because I had people coming in and 10 years later, 20 years later, they're still not over it. So it's very powerful if you can have somebody, a practitioner work on you for that and you can go on a website that's called knitmindbody.com and you can find a practitioner there, you can help you with that kind of thing.
I'd like them to come to your seminar nationally, your international, will be announcing new dates. You know, one of the things that I find, you know, go and give that, you go up to that session. Yeah, it's Dr. Teshna.com.
So dr for Dr. and then Teshna, T-E-S-H-N-A.com, Dr. Teshna.com. And I have the next seminar that's listed on there is in November, 17, 18, and it's going to be in the near Hillsdale, New York.
So that would be nice to see some of you there. And the information is there so you can register. And you know, muffle testing basically is something that a lot of people know about, where you have, for example, use the arm if you put your arm up and you have somebody muffle test you, you resist their push downward. And if normally like when you just test it in the clear, you should be strong.
It should be easy to hold it. And of course the other person is not supposed to overpower you either. Just muffle test you can hold it or not. And then you have the person say a statement, for example, something simple, for example, if it's a woman, have that have her say, I am a woman, and then see if it's they remain strong with that.
But if she says I am a man, she's going to go weak on that because her body is not congruent or doesn't agree with the fact that she's a man, that she's a woman. And so that's a simple example, but you can apply that for anything. So for example, if you can, one of the things that I test people with is for example, I can let go of the belief that love and life mean that they being criticized or being abused or whatever. Like whatever it is that you're experiencing in your life right now, in your relationship, and it always turns out that whatever it is that is happening is part of the belief system.
So then what I do is I use the technique to help remove that belief so that I no longer congruent with believing that love and life means being criticized or abused or abandoned. And instead we retest them after we clear that, we test them with I can allow myself to believe that love and life means being accepted as I am or being respected or people stay with me. And so once you do that, then you just literally change the blueprint, you change that belief system and you start to benefit something different. It's a little bit like a computer, like your brain works like a computer, very advanced one.
And with this technique, you have access to figure out what is in the subconscious and then clearing that and then putting something else in new. Now when I teach workshops, I can't teach any teach so I figured out a different technique that I can use, which also use muscle statistics and a variation of tapping with a lot of people are familiar with. Choosing whether to pay the rent or pay to fix the card to get to work doesn't leave us with much at all. Now we can't even pay for meals. Hunger is a story we can end. The most important thing that people would like, because I've got to talk thousands of people, is what they would like is to restore their marriage.
I'll tell you something. The amount of money they paid and travel to World 4 is quite remarkable. In other words, I want you guys to go be on the social divorce moment and think about the miracle of reunion. Think about the idea that the love of the girl you together is still there.
There's so many people, by the way, I described this to people. I said that someone who doesn't work where they remove the blockages and its appearance. The death of love reappears in a way that alters the quality of the relationship into the kind of ecstasy and wonder with both senses again in relation to the sotesina. This is something that I particularly see that people with travel to World 4 is to do the divorce to others on each other with you.
When I had a chance to talk to people, men had pulled me aside and told me that after the divorce, they're like, it was never the same. The whole relationship with children was different. Also I think that in our self-transformation culture, in other words, it totally promoted the most part. The guy wanted to say something.
He said that we got to do the new scientific stuff. Dr. Susan Johnson, she showed us the new ideas, what she called the new attachments. People could actually bond.
Talk about this and I also want to open up questions or comments from Nate and Lisa. When we work with a new attachment, it represents an intimacy and a connection that people have never had before nor do they even consider. They didn't walk around thinking, well, what do you say so brilliantly? You say that, you know, what do we say?
What do you say about love is true? How do you say that? You say it so brilliantly? The idea that if we have a belief, we walk around with it.
We believe that love and life mean whatever it is. In other words, if you're experiencing anything from, like I said, abandonment or abuse or critical or anger or anything, we just keep reproducing that over and over again. And as far as divorce goes, if somebody truly wants to stay together, but they feel like they can't because they have some insurmountable discrepancies in their relationship that they can't get over, then if they're willing to work on it, what I do is I work with couples and I have two tables in each room. And so I'll have the man on one and the woman on the other or the two men or the two men, whatever the relationship is if they want to improve it.
And so then I'll test, for example, I'll ask the man or the woman, it's like, so what is this thing that's the deal breaker here? And so the woman might say, well, you know, can you feel bad all the time? You know, like I never feel like I'm good enough for him, for example. So then I'll test her with, I can let go of the belief that love and life mean people making me feel bad, like I'm never good enough.
And sure enough, she goes weak on that. Then I'll test him for, I can let go of the belief that love and life mean making the people I love feel bad about themselves as if they're never good enough. And sure enough, he goes weak on that. But the man, Kevin, they both believe in all these.
And that usually comes from their parents. So like when they were little, her mom probably, or her dad said to her that she would never be good enough. And no matter how hard she tried, she never felt like she could. And the same thing with him, he might have a similar experience except on his level, he's such that he needs to do that to others in order to show them that he loves them.
You see? And so then I clear these beliefs in both of them until they're congruent with letting go of that. And then I put in the new belief that they want. Like in her would be, I can allow myself to believe that love and life mean always feeling like I am good enough for the person I am for it.
You know, and then make sure that he's from her with that if she's not with the technique again until she is. Then with him, we would test him with I can allow myself to believe that love and life mean making the people I love good about themselves. Like they are good enough. Do you see?
And then make sure he's congruent with that. And once we do that, then it starts to change the relationship. It changes the frequency that's going on. So then I keep going like that.
Then I'll ask him, okay, so what is the deal with her for you? And then he'll think about whatever it is, you know, if she never wants to be intimate with me or whatever it is. So then I'll take him, you know what I mean? And I go on like that, I just keep shaping it.
It's like, it's like sculpting the inner landscape of the beliefs that are shaping their relationship. And you can really make a big difference with that so that they start to see there's actually light at the end of the tunnel and maybe they could make this work. Now the biggest question I get, I want you to address this. I say to people that it just takes one person.
Because the biggest question I get is let's say my partners, they made up my mind. So one of these I always say to people, there's no such thing as a made up mind. There's no such thing. And it takes one person to turn out relationships.
So what if someone's listening and they really want to reconnect with their partner but their partner is moved away or not in touch? What have you noticed? And I'm basing this on some of the library dot feeds that be on the local mind. What have you noticed in your experience about when one person should have how it impacts the other long distance?
Almost at this level where the invisible level where it just really impacts this partner and they show up again in their lives and they remapri. I'm just wondering what your experience or your comments. So many people ask me this. Is that possible?
Because I feel like they've lost this partner forever. Well, I mean, you can't change someone else but you can change yourself. And when you change yourself, then you attract different things. So it's entirely possible that it could happen.
And I have experiences where like the man and woman, they were starting to have issues. I mean, this particular couple had been together for many, many years. Like at least 20 years. They were doing really well and then they decided to adapt a child, adopt a child.
So they adopted a child and all of a sudden all hell broke loose. You know, they just couldn't get along and he was jealous of the baby and everything. And they were starting to fight. I feel like, you know, all these years have been totally harmonious together.
And in my book, I have a book called The Fits for Love. It's on Amazon. Everybody is interested. And in the book, I explain how when we have relationships with love new prints that are general, but then we also have married blueprints that only starts when to get married.
And then we also have parenting blueprints that only show up when you become a parent and not a moment sooner. And so that's what happened to them. So the relationship pattern was fine. They're married patterns.
But their parenting blueprints wasn't clicking. And so he wasn't willing to come in, but she was. So I came and I worked with her and I cleared all the stuff that she had about the anger and the jealousy and everything else. And it just got better and better and better.
And now they're coming up like, like, almost 18. Actually, since it's her and 18. So that's 18 years ago and they've come together. You know, I love it.
I want to open it up to Nate and Lisa. So see if you guys have a bubbling question inside just something. As we begin to film, the announcement, which is all about the Mertil Reunion, which I'll be sharing more about with you guys. But I got a big yes bonus from Nate.
And by the way, when I talk about this film, which is the story of Gordon and Diana Banks remarring after being a part of New Year's, I want to say the level of attention and appreciation is so deep. Go ahead, Nate. Go ahead. You have something bubbling?
As Tess has been showing all the kind of- Yeah, I do. I do. I do because so many relationships out there go awry, go sour, because we really aren't in touch with what we're holding in our body. And I can see past patterns in my relationship, looking back, you know, things from childhood trauma from the small, to rich relationship that my parents had that I responded to in certain ways as a child and then carried out those actions very much autopilot, very much unconscious in relationships.
And it pushed away what I really wanted because I was attaching to love in a way that if I didn't quite get what I thought I wanted, I would push away. And we hold that in our body. And if we can't release it, if we can't find where those patterns have come from, which is a tremendously hard thing, just even recognize that they're there. It's pretty groundbreaking for most people, let alone trying to figure out how we can release them.
So again, it's very powerful stuff. And I think that a lot of relationships out there could benefit from this, that we really do have these true genuine connections with each other. But it's the stuff we hold inside ourselves that might jeopardize the future and the potential of that relationship. Yeah.
And you know what's interesting? One of the reasons that we get attracted to certain people is because their belief that the matches are. That's why we're attracted to certain people and others. That's why you might know a thousand women, but there's only one or two that you would be ever considering being with.
And that's because that's the one that's closest to your belief system. That in all in constant, it's all a frequency thing. So if you believe that love and life means a certain thing and the other person believes the same thing, then all of a sudden you're attracted to each other. And the more of those beliefs match, you know, especially in the yin and the yang of it, like if you believe love means and criticize and they mean someone who's critical.
And then you fall in love with that person because they're going to criticize you. So you're going to feel loved. You see, even though it's probably good. It's just feels familiar.
It's just like mom used to criticize you and you felt loved. You see? And so, and then when you first start meeting each other, you think, oh, I'm finally meeting someone who's totally different than mom or dad. But then when you've been with them for a little while, you start to realize not at all.
You know, different things come up, pop out. You know, that's exactly the same because we can't help it. That's how we're wired. We're wired to find someone who's going to be similar to our parents.
But when we're unaware that that's affecting us in bad ways, if we have bad patterns that were installed in there without even us wanting them, then you know, you can't do anything about it. You have them and then you learn a technique like what I'm teaching in my workshop. I teach people how to muscle test themselves and how to muscle test others so that you can start to figure out exactly what is in the subconscious and then use the technique to clear the ones you don't want anymore and use the technique to put in the ones you do want so that you really start to reframe and reshape your inner terrain of belief system and you can do it for anything. Go ahead Dr.
Teshna. Go ahead Dr. Teshna. I want to check you with Lisa.
We've got three minutes to go here. Go ahead and go ahead and get your website. And you put that. Dr.
Teshna.com. So, Dr. T is in Tom, E, S, H, M, as an N, C, and A as an Apple.com. Dr.
Teshna.com. And so the next workshop is in November and then I have a book also you can start with a book that's called Fit for Love. You can get that on Amazon and read that and I will start to explain to you a lot of the things that I do in my practice to help people get over these things and literally change their lives because they change their beliefs. Actually, my fact that's what I'm going to take them and call the workshop is change your beliefs, change your life because that's literally what it is.
Lisa, did you want to? I just, you know, and actually it's probably a question for the next exploration with Dr. Teshna, but I wanted to ask you about expectations and how you work to help people clear. You know, I see a lot of people have those beliefs and then they have expectations and then they're disappointed when their partner doesn't show up the way they want them to.
So do you find that this work is helpful with that as well? Yeah, I mean, you could use this work with it that way. You could work it two different ways. One way that I would work it is, you know, I have them test them for I can let go up to the other side of the street.
I'm going to leave them on realistic expectations of my partner. Do you see what I mean? And clear that believe that you're supposed to expect all these unrealistic things or you could also make it so that they can be okay with how the partner their partner is. You know, test them with, I'm okay the way Paul is, you know what I'm saying?
And then they go, we can work on that in that direction. And then the other way I do it is I ask them, well, so where would you read the stress when you think about how this person is, you know, and how it's not meaning you're in fact case, and then the say they say it says 10 from zero to 10. So then I'll go in that way and work on it and get stuck to get the stress down all the way down to zero. So then they don't have a stress about it.
You know, it's like a lot of different ways to work with it. What a gift. Thank you so much. Yeah, it's great.
Cool. I'm also curious. And I know you're getting to this really, I guess what I'm also curious for people who really want to live a relational vision that they've never had before and they want someone else to go to this other level together. In other words, in your class, you must help people.
We'll get into this next week. How do you design a relationship from ecstasy, from closeness and wonder and more? Yeah, so get into that. We don't have enough time today.
We'll get into it Dr. Tetsha. You can appreciate you. Thank you, Nate.
You're welcome. Thank you Lisa. Your life's precious. Enjoy it.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, everyone.
Thank you.
