[11:33] Suicide in the Bible? [15:30] Is Euthanasia ok for Christians? [15:40] What is the best way to teach children about God and Jesus? [17:30] How to get people to serve or recruit volunteers at Church? [22:16] Where did Feminism come from? [23:10] Which Bible translation should I read? [27:12] Which Bible translation is the most reliable? [28:00] Are there different reward levels or crowns in heaven afterlife? [39:06] Are all Christians equal in heaven? [40:11] What was Paul's thorn in the flesh? [45:15] Are divorced Pastors disqualified? [49:55] Are Bible verses that condemn homosexuals mistranslated? [59:59] QUESTION 1 You've talked before in past videos and sermons what each number represents when it appears in the Bible. I was wondering if you could go through each number again? QUESTION 2 Death with Dignity, the Scripture is very clear on taking our own life but when and if I get to my later years I don't want to be a "slave" to doctors and hospitals taking every last cent we or my kids have for medical bills, I don't want to be kept alive just for the sake of being alive. QUESTION 3 Being the spiritual leader of my household and opening the Bible on a regular basis with my family, how am I to incorporate the real God and the real Jesus and His laws to my 6 year old? I talk to him all the time about Jesus but I want to have him knowing the Gospel and not just "God is awesome" if that makes any sense. QUESTION 4 What can I do as a parent/husband to engage my family more in Church other than the weekly service? I serve regularly. I look forward to it, its gives me great joy to serve others and I have a hard time understanding why others members don't do the same. I often feel saddened by this and I don't know if this is something I should "let go" and let them find their own way. Should I "push" the issue or just continue being the example so that they eventually follow? QUESTION 5 I was taught all my life from the Bible KJV. I noticed you use other versions of the Bible. Why is that and what is your reasoning for using different versions? I am confused when looking at the different Bible translations. How do you determine what Bible you interpret from and why do you feel your choice is the best? QUESTION 6 It is much easier to witness to a lost, broken, hurting soul than a person who is living a successful and thriving life. How do you share the Gospel with someone who thinks they don't need God and thinks they achieved their success on their own strength? [33:09] QUESTION 7 I have heard teachings that the “rewards” or “levels” will be different for each Christian in heaven. Will a “carnal” Christian as described by Romans 8 living in the flesh and a Christian living in the spirit, both of course are redeemed by Grace, have different “ranks”? I know some churches teach that only those that lived completely for Christ will be the “Bride” of Christ and others will be with Christ in heaven but not part of His Bride. QUESTION 8 My question is about 2 Corinthians 12:6-7 and your take on what the thorn in Paul's flesh was? Was it physical? Or was it more than that (persecutions, hardships)? And why didn’t God remove it? I’ve Been struggling lately to keep it all together and not be able to just feel vulnerable and rundown from everything around me, as we all can I’m sure. In these moments, I’m reminded of HIS grace, hallelujah, and He carries me through. QUESTION 9 My question is about Pastors and divorce. 1 Timothy 3:2 says "husband of one wife". What happens if a Pastor gets divorced while they are a Christian Pastor? Are they automatically excluded from the pulpit? Does the cause matter? If there was sin (IE adultery, etc.), at what point would a Pastor be (assuming they repented) forgiven and allowed to return to office? QUESTION 10 What do you think of the "evidence" that Bible verses that condemn homosexuals are just mistranslated? -- 👏👏👏 Pastor Tim Recommends 🔥🔥🔥 New City Catechism for children in the App Store ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Tim Hatch Live: 3 Podcasts; 1 Location: 🎙 The Deep End podcast: Faith, Politics, & the Bible.
