For the debut, the choice was obvious: Madonna.This recording begins at midnight, at the exact moment the first-ever ICONS Spotlight began. For the next hour and a little beyond, we celebrate Madonna across eras, classics, remixes and new music, including selections from Confessions on a Dance Floor Part 2.But ICONS was never meant to be an entire night of one artist.The Spotlight is one hour. The night goes beyond.And on this first night, the Spotlight went a little beyond too.From there, the recording continues as the night naturally transitions back into the dance floor, mixing Madonna with house, pop, circuit, vocals and other artists through the end of the night.This isn't a studio recreation or a mix inspired by the event.
