LET A NEW JOURNEY BEGIN: THESOULHEALER Binaural Beats01 by Marc Tattoo Listening to certain binaural beats can increase the strength of certain brain waves. Lower binaural beat's frequencies are thought to encourage relaxation, promote positivity, and decrease anxiety. Slightly increased binaural beats are good for concentration and alertness, problem solving, and improved memory. On a therapeutic level, exposure to certain sound frequencies has been shown to alter brain and body activities in ways that promote lower stress levels and a higher self-healing immunological response. In this mix, I mainly used lower frequencies binaural beats and mixed them with some Ambient Trance and 432Hz Music, but for you to fully enjoy their potential positive effects you will need to listen to the mix while wearing headphones or ear buds. Listening through headphones helps to create that psycho-acoustic effect of hearing a beat frequency, when playing two slightly differently tuned sounds separately in each ear. Play my mix just loud enough to clearly hear both tones and the pulsating sound. Turning it up any louder won't affect your brainwaves any faster, or in a more powerful way. Now let's start the healing process, raise your vibrations and energy. Let the mix penetrate your conscious and subconscious mind.
