DJ Winggold : Afrofuturism, Mindfulness and Burnout

Happy new year Lifers! Our new years resolution is to bring you even more real, raw, uplifting, inspiring, hopeful and relatable conversations about overcoming adversity, harnessing the healing potential of our innate creativity, addiction, mental health and recovery with people in the world of electronic music. Our fourth guest of the season and first of 2023 in DJ Winggold aka Charles, creator of Unbound Events, DJ, promoter, activist, advocate and if that wasn't enough, by day he's a lawyer! I started following Charles over the pandemic and we have struck up a very lovely instagram friendship in recent months.
