If you can give something a name, you can control it. If you understand your feeling something, you're trying to deny that feeling, you're feeling guilty about that feeling. It doesn't help. If you just name it, hey, I'm feeling anxious.

You can write a post about why you love a company and then send it to them. You can blog daily for 30 days to signal your communication and consistency skills. You can document your work. As you learn stuff, a lot of people though, don't start a blog, it's hard to get started.
