Leviticus 17:1–16, because God has given the blood of animals, representing their life, for atonement for our sins, this requires from us special care and special handling of this sacred liquid. After all, ultimately it represents the blood of Christ! Luke 10:23–42, Jesus tells the parable of the good Samaritan, where he’s not so much talking about what we should do, but what he has done, in love of his father, and in love of all of us.
