Have you recently experienced a DNF ("Did Not Finish")? This episode is for you! It's been said that a DNF is a rite of passage in trail and ultra, but that doesn't make it any easier to work through. The disappointment can be difficult to handle and often times, those feelings stick around for weeks or months after the DNF.
