Do great leaders need to be fair? (# 1-3)

In this episode Neil and Albert discuss the topic of fairness in leadership. After the 1st episode we received a comment from someone who said that in their experience all the great leaders they had worked for had been fair. We talk about is being fair a weakness ? Is it something you can learn ? What is the impact of not being fair ?We discuss the need for leaders to be balanced in their decisions, in the way they deal with people and situations. A very interesting topic to discuss and understand how being "fair" can make one a great leader. Next week's episode 4 will be on the topic of "dealing with difficult situations".
