Do gym owner's actually NEED to market?

I'm joined today by John Galloup of the LVL WOD in Witichta KS. John is a Gym owner, Husband, Father, Former Marine Sniper and all around awesome dude. The high lights over this conversation for me are when we talk about sales and marketing near the end. They are highlights because I remember having those exact same realizations that John did and my gym turning a corner and starting to generate much more consistent sales and increased cash flow because of it.
