For many years had to ponder that question with a resounding no! I felt alone, helpless, hopeless, broken shattered, defeated and like my life had ended at the age of 22 with the brain smashing pain of my 1st aneurysm.  I had no idea that I would later in life, learn how to turn my pain into my blessing and I mean that!
